College choosing

Hello all. I have got 15×× rank in keam and 13×× rank in cusat cat. Now as the allotment processes are coming up, i am in great doubt im choosing the best college for this rank. I am looking to take ECE or CSE if the former is not available to get. Pls help me choose the best college based on this... academics=faculty>placements=college life>interships>research.

I will get GECT,TKM MEC,MACE and maybe CET(less probability) and also maybe CUSAT SOE. which of these colleges would be worth considering.

I might get CUSAT in all india merit only for ECE so is it worth.

Also people are saying CUSAT certificates have great value but their last placement data shows only 50% are eligible for placements. Dont know what to do.
