Price: ₹99 lakh
Purpose: Self-occupancy
I wanted to know:
Is ₹99 lakh a fair price for a 3BHK in this project?
How is the construction quality and overall maintenance?
Any issues with water supply, seepage, power backup, or the apartment association?
How is the locality in terms of safety, traffic, and livability?
How is the appreciation and resale potential over the next 5–10 years?
Are there any red flags about the builder or this project that I should know before proceeding?
If anyone is currently living in Vaishno Solitaire or has recently purchased a flat there, I’d love to hear about your experience—the good and the bad.
