Is https://mirror.dawn.org.in/arch/iso/2026.06.01/ safe??

I am setting up arch for the first time. I went to this website, but when I downloaded the iso, it was blocked by Windows Defender. Is it safe?? And is there a trusted site, which would never have a malicious file?
