Warning: issue with Andiot

Discussion

Hey everyone,

I am making this post to highlight an ongoing issue I am having with Trusted Dealer Andiot (Elliot) regarding a watch that was supposed to be ready to ship, and a subsequent breakdown in his refund process.

Timeline of Events:

May 31: Confirmed via WhatsApp that a watch on his "Ready to Ship" Excel sheet was physically in stock. Paid immediately via Wise.

June 3: Followed up to confirm payment receipt. June 5: Elliot confirmed payment and stated QC would be ready "in days."

June 18: After 13 days of silence, I asked for an update. Elliot admitted he did not know when the watch would actually be available.

June 19: I requested a cancellation. To expedite the process, I asked for the refund via crypto and provided my wallet address.

June 23: Elliot replied via email with an automated template demanding a TXID link to "verify my payment"—mistakenly treating my refund request as an incoming crypto payment from me.

June 24 - 26: I replied twice to explicitly correct the clerical error and re-attached the original Wise receipt.

June 28: No response from Elliot.

I wanted to warn the community about the "Ready to Ship" stock accuracy and ask if anyone has advice on how to get Elliot to manually review his email queue to process this.

Elliot, if you see this, please check your email from Friday so we can close this out.
