what car should I buy

I am 17 years old and looking to buy my first car. Budget is $10,000.

I am stuck between a 2013 Subaru Tribeca (101.5k miles) and a 2007 Toyota Highlander Hybrid (132k miles).

I live in Pennsylvania so my car would need to drive well in snowy weather. They're both nice, I like the Toyota a lot, but the Subaru has all the bells and whistles. I just don't want to pass up a Toyota for a Subaru if it's gonna be shitty. (Sorry, I don't know much about Subarus...)The Highlander is $7k and the Tribeca is $10.4k should I pay more for a Subaru or stick to a Toyota? Helllppppp!!
