Advice for a new engine boss

Hi, this'll be my 10th season, after covid I've been more of a relief guy as full time due to my work however I had my taskbook open and I finally had it completed, wanted to ask what would be some words of wisdom for not only how to do a good job but trying to be a good role model towards my crew members?
