I think the GEM National Consortium website is compromised. When you visit it on a Windows computer, a fake Cloudflare screen pops up telling you to follow instructions like pressing Win + R, Ctrl + V, and Enter.

This is a trick called a "ClickFix" attack to make you manually run a virus that the website automatically copies to your clipboard.

Other redditors analyzed the page and confirmed that the problem is entirely on their hacked website. If you just close the tab and do not press those keys, your computer is 100% safe. If you are applying for this scholarship right now, just stay away from the site until they clean it up.
