Did i get scammed?

I was scrolling temu cause there was a deal going on from a youtube's sponsor code but i see two transactions on my bank and only 1 order on the my orders listn in the app. there was two halves, a 6 gift free selection then a "send x amount to claim" the order thats visible in a £15 order which i agree caus ei can see the order in the app and its labelled as from temu, but there is another transaction labelled as "Zhangsh6fj4" for £25 that has no order linked to it. do i need to wait or did i not read the rules close enough or something?if not can i refund it somehow, im on nationwide banking if that helps.
