Is there a good app for keeping track of your gear?

Just wondering what everyone uses. I’ve got enough stuff now where I don’t carry everything with me on every trip. Just wondering if there was something on the market that you could use to help catalog and organize your gear and help plan trips.
One of the things I like about hobbies like this is staying organized.
Thanks all!
