Do Tax Examiners in Accounts Management work on the phone a lot?

I have two offers, same city and same pay for Tax Examiner. Both Term. AM goes to GS-7 while the other goes to GS-6. One I got from going to the hiring event and they said they will assign me a unit like ITIN. And I requested the swing shift. I got another offer from a separate announcement for Accounts Management, no swing shift, and it sounds like I'm going to deal with customers a lot from the description. I want mundane work and little customer interaction if possible... Or is working in AM a better position?

I have a degree in accounting and just need a job right now and experience right now and want to get into government.
