10 thousand $ of OSAP overpayment

I received an email about an overpayment for my OSAP. It’s a crazy amount—$10,000! There’s no explanation, and I’m starting my third year. I’m so screwed. I haven’t changed anything in my studies, and my family income is below the minimum. Mom isn’t working, Dad was on Uber, and I’m unemployed. I’ve been applying everywhere, but I haven’t even gotten a single interview. I used to work at school for 8 hours a week while studying. I have no idea what’s happening, and I don’t have that money. That’s unfair, I have 0 chances for a job and they want that money from a 21yo who is just a student! What do I look to them! It was just my school tuition and barely enough for transportation and food. I’m so depressed.

If you have any idea what’s happening, please help there’s no appeal option or anything it’s not fair, why did they give me the money, they said I might be in risk of losing my future eligibility
