2020 rav4 Hybrid XLE- considering head unit upgrade

Hi everyone, I have seen previous threads on this, but need some advise

Im looking to upgrade to Wirelss Car-Play. Im considering two things. First is a dongle I can put inside the USB-A port, and the second is to upgrade to a newer OEM (possibly 21 or 22) head unit. Which would you all suggest?
