spiked log help w/religion pls

its 1454 and i have 42 religious unity. is there a reform or cult or something that gives more tolerance of heathens, or a conversion buff or something, or do i just suffer until i get tolerance ideas? also, i looked ahead a bit and noticed that there's an option to switching to the jadd. im currently planning on staying with goblin shamans, bc i recently did an overclan run, but im wondering if there's any jadd-exclusive content for spiked log?
