Redeemed games not available to all profiles?

Been using MQ3 for a few months now. I have 4 profiles set up on the headset with mine being the primary, then another adult account and two child accounts.

Today my son's profile no longer sees all games, they've disappeared from his games list.

I redeemed Medieval Dynasty and installed it, two of the other accounts can install it, but it doesn't appear for my son. When he searches it it shows he has to purchase it.

Any ideas?
