Has anyone else had their car battery die a few days after getting it serviced at Car Craft Athens?

I know this is a niche question, but I had my axel fixed at Car Craft last Thursday and yesterday my 3 year old battery went kaput. This is weird because Car Craft did a full inspection earlier this month and didn’t say anything about the battery or alternator. Today my coworker mentioned that they might have left the car running while fixing the axel and didn’t properly charge the battery. I just wanted to know if anyone here has had an experience like that. The Car Craft people seem like good folks so I don’t want to blame them but I just wanted to see what yall thought.
