Ghazghkull Leading Non-Melee?

I want to try and figure out if running Ghaz in a 20 man pack of Boyz with a Pain and Weird boy would be worth the points in a More Dakka + Freebooter list. I figured there would be some risks but the Weirdboy bouncing the unit around and if I take Dead Shiny the vast amount of shots might carry the weight of the points.
