Lease Takeover August

I am currently renting the garden level unit of a single family home in Congress Park. I’m ending my lease mid July and am looking for someone that’s ready to move to the area to start their lease in mid July or August.

It’s a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom basement unit that gets a lot of natural light. It has a backyard that is shared with the upstairs neighbors - dogs and cats welcome. There is a storage shed outside that’s reserved for the basement unit, and a reserved uncovered parking spot out back accessible through the alley.

The house is equidistant to Cheesman park and City Park, and is in a very quiet and pleasant part of the neighborhood, and super walkable.

The landlords are a couple who live a few blocks away in another house and are very pleasant and understanding - no need to deal with private landlords or a big property management company.

I am moving mid July and breaking my lease early to move to CA for graduate school this coming Fall. I have no issues with the house, landlords, neighborhood, or neighbors - just relocating.

The rent I pay for everything including utilities is $2,100 with pet rent (which is $50). Utilities are a shared expense and never fluctuates, so always predictable. An awesome deal for the space and the location.
