Arc Totem Gemling Feeling Lackluster

Hi, I was following Ky's Arc Totem build but having the gear that I have and invested a bit of currency with the wand/lineage gems, I feel like my damage is lackluster compared to my main build (eventide MA).

If someone could guide me how to scale the damage of my arc dmg or what's wrong.

My next current goal is to upgrade my boots and helmet then maybe get a kalandra's touch or leach on dream fragment for chill immune.

I've left my amulet last to upgrade
