Trading restricted

The error I’m getting :“This product does not have a KID in English or in a language approved for your country. Retail clients can trade packaged retail products only if an appropriate KID is available. More information is available in https://www.clientam.com/lib/cstools/faq/#/content/104941212”

I’m fairly new to trading, Looking into ETF’s to invest into such as VT AND IVV and more on, however they all seem to be blocked as they are all trading restricted, for background info I have both a US and UK citizenship and I’m residing in the UK as I have been my whole life. Is there anyway to go around this block or is there any alternatives which I can invest into as this is quite frustrating.

Any help would be much appreciated.
