This is Macy. New to me as of a few months ago. Traded a vehicle of mine with my brother for her. Got some big plans for a build I'm starting very soon. On the roster for the build:

1. Got 2 gallons of sand Durabak-18 coming in the mail quite soon. The entire vehicle will be painted in that.

2. She's already got a 1.5" lift that was on her prior to me obtaining her, going to keep that there.

3. Wider set wheels/tires, all terrains.

4. Headers and a catback exhaust are planned.

5. Aluminum skidplates are planned

6. Have an OE fix air filter box coming in the mail, decided against a CAI because of the next item on the list

7. Will be custom fabbing a retrofit of a snorkel kit and plumbing. Would appreciate recommendations for kits that may fit the Focus's curvature well.

8. Roof rack and basket are planned

9. Potentially next summer a 2.3 block and head from an 07 Ranger may go in. Induction channels on the 2.3l Ranger block are what makes this particular version of the 2.3 desirable to me because of better low-end torque than what's found in the 2.3l Foci. To my understanding this will line up just fine if I pull a longblock.

Let me know if you have any recommendations, I'm not sure I've ever seen anybody turn one of these into an overlander. Excited to share the journey!
