Geico Issue and youthful driver?
Hey Guys I dont even know how to title this but here is the gist. About 2 years ago, we were hunting down insurance quotes for our up and coming driver, one being sent through Geico. Ultimately we decided to add them on as a driver on our policy through Eerie. We do not have a policy through Geico. Geico for some reason added our kid who we will call L onto my sisters policy as a driver whom we will call M.
L has A. no access to M's car. Never has, never will. B. was added apparently by public records without consent. Once again just looking for a quote. C. L has been insured through Eerie this whole time. and D. Biggest one here. Does not live in the country. They moved to Canada to attend university up there over a year ago.
Geico is refusing to remove them from the policy even though they are stating they have proof from Eerie that they are insured through us because they are an underage driver even though once again, Geico themselves as stated in writing that they do have proof she is insured through someone else. How is it possible that Geico can add someone randomly to anyones policy without consent and B. What do I need to do to have their name removed because I cannot state this hard enough, I do not want L's name intertwined in any way legally with M especially when it comes to cars.
