I am in a small rural office as a PTF, I am the primary relief carrier for said route while the regular is on vacation for two weeks (A/L). My post master took one of my scheduled work days (this upcoming Thursday) without my knowledge or consent and gave the day to our RCA. When I confronted my post master about it he said that I needed a day off (I worked 7 days a week last week) and that he would be one a telecon if he didn't give me a day off. According to what I can find about this event, this is a textbook contractual violation. I am going to request PS Form 8191 from him with a printout of this article violation. I need to know if this is the absolute correct form and if someone can post it please and thank you.
