New Jersey E-Bike Registration Question

Hello, Has anyone with a ebike that has a motor over 750watts and has a throttle and pedals that can go over 28mph in New Jersey been able to register their ebike ? Really would like to know. I only see posts about e-bikes that go 20-20mph.
