Wife wants to open marriage

My wife (40F) and I (53M) have been together for over six years. A couple of years ago, she asked to open our marriage, but I wasn’t comfortable with it.
Recently, she brought it up again. She’d like us to see other people separately, with clear boundaries (no mutual friends, not at our home, etc.). I suggested that if we were going to explore non-monogamy, I’d much rather do it together with other couples as a shared experience.

She doesn’t like that idea because she says she couldn’t handle seeing me with another woman, so she prefers separate experiences.

I’m struggling with this because I’d rather explore as a team than live separate romantic or sexual lives. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Any advice?
