Equipment?

Ok so first time playing the game, got some of the basics down but how in the holy hell do I get my "training divisions" to pickup the bloody infantry equipment I have been diligently procuring for them?

Decided to play as canada so I can to gripes because the tutorial wasn't doing it for me 😂.
