First time level II fieldwork educator

Hi everyone! I’m an acute care OT and will be having a level II fieldwork student for the first time starting next month. I’ve been working for 2 years. Wondering what tips everyone has for being a first time fieldwork educator (especially for acute care is appreciated!) or any reading material you recommend. I really want to make it a positive learning experience. I feel like my biggest concern is being trusting enough to eventually allow my student enough independence in a setting that can be very unpredictable even for me 2 years in…but I don’t want to be that annoying micromanaging CI.
