Gladiator lancer or death company dreadnaught for 1k RCO list?

I’m going to be playing my first game with RCO this weekend. Outside of lemartes and 10 death company jump intercessors, the dreadnaught would be my only other death company model. No other chaplains either. Should I swap it out with the lancer?
