Knee fluid Removal or home remedy.

Currently having some fluid on top of my knee cap. I’d assume yall have a way to remove this without going to the doctor.

I looked online:
Ice
Compress
Elevation
Rest
2 to 6 weeks to heal.

Anything else am I Missing.

Was using kids Motrin as adult Motrin is literally too strong for me. Was prescribed a super pain reliever but it messed me up.

Currenlty , able to walk, run slightly, hurts after work. But not really during work. Slight pain when touching.
