I’m missing parts from my Armageddon launch box

I’m Missing the intercessors, captain and warboss, I bought my box from gw and I’ve tried contacting them but I sent them proof and proof of purchase and I haven’t heard anything from them since I got it last week I don’t know what to do and I don’t want to go on eBay and buy them. Any suggestions on what I should do
