Is muscle twitching and right hand weakness a big indicator of ALS ?

For the past month my symptoms have been all over the place. It started when I was at work with muscle twitching then it progressed to pain throughout my body arms and legs with numbness and tingling.

After a few weeks pain went away and now I'm having weakness in right hand when grabbing objects and I find myself tripping over my shoes a lot when walking. I'm more on edge due to seeing what happened to Chris Johnson

I had a EMG in the past aswell as a MRI

I'm due for another one with the onset of these new symptoms
