Looking to get a hold of some

Hey y'all, I am in a huge bind. I'm a Type 1 Diabetic and just realized my last Fiasp pen is completely empty. I have less than an hour before I desperately need a dose or my blood sugar is going to skyrocket.

My regular pharmacy is closed, and honestly, my normal refills are $65 a pop anyway, which I can barely swing right now, so an ER bill is totally out of the question.
