Gassy 4 month old

my 4 month old has a cow milk protein allergy, has reflux and VERY gassy. she’s on puramino and her meds are pepcid and she takes gas pain meds when she’s extremely uncomfortable. she only drinks about 2 ounces every 2 hours -2 and a half hours. any advice? she still have mucus in her poop. we do LOTS of tummy time and she stays bloated. bicycle legs and the Frida gasspasser is no help. I’m at a loss and my heart is breaking for my girl😭
