Bad audio stuttering on TV when playing game from PC HDMI connection

Open | Audio

Hi everyone.

I'm playing a game on my TV connected via HDMI to my computer to enjoy games on the big screen. I am trying to play Tales of Xillia Remastered, but there is bad audio stuttering that happens quite often. Would like some insight on how to fix the issue.

TV Insignia 50" Class F30 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV

PC specs

Motherboard MPG B550 GAMING PLUS

Processor AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-core

GPU AMD Radeon RX 6700

What I've tried:

Changing the resolution, frame rate, reinstalling AMD drivers, different HDMI cord, changing the .hz in sound settings, uninstalled from D drive then reinstalled on C drive, and turning off high definition AMD sound driver in device management. So far nothing has helped the stuttering. I've only had this stutter happen on Tales of Xillia Remastered and Tales of Arise, but Tales of Graces F Remastered didn't stutter and Red Dead Redemption 2 didn't either. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
