Need advice:

I left a review for a 5 star hotel I stayed for a family vacation and mentioned a bad experience from an employee. Days after the review, employee ended up stalking my personal facebook account (caught the employee viewing my stories). I did not know his name at before the review, when I saw an unfamiliar account watching my story, I clicked it and viola! it was the familiar face of the employee. My sister can also can identify him from his profile- Should I reach out hotel management and corporate? It was actually scary and creeping me out when I think about it.
