ed uva gpa question

hi, i had a question about uva admissions.

as I've gone down the rabbithole of reddit and seen a lot, and I mean a lot of people talking about UVA and whether they got in with certain stats, I wanted to know if I'm in a bad spot if I have a 3.8 uw gpa instead of a 4.0, because everyone is talking about how gpa is the most important factor of the application
