Is Conduit Health Medical Equipment Supply a Scam?

I am disabled and decided to try Conduit Health to supply my script for a new wheelchair. I went on their website and filled in my info and attached the script but did not hear back from them for a week. I called today and after being transferred to different depts they said they didn't receive the script and I needed to email it to their customer support email. Everyone I spoke to had a heavy Indian accent. I am not racist but so many scams seem to involve phone reps with that accent. I am worried that maybe my info and medicaid account number etc might have been phished? Am I over reacting? I have read mixed reviews of the company but many seem to be positive results receiving their medical supplies. Of course those can be faked.
