Hi everyone,

I’m a solo developer, and I recently launched **AuraSand**, a 3D-effect hourglass timer designed for deep work, Pomodoro, and meditation.

I poured my heart into the design—customizing 3D shaders for realistic sand accumulation, adding interactive weather effects (like rain and lightning syncing with white noise), and building an immersive "Zen Mode" where the UI completely fades away.

**Play Store Link:** [👉 AuraSand on Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.siteflare.hourglass)

**The Reality Check:**
Two months after launch, I’m sitting at **under 100 downloads**. Interestingly, I've managed to convert **2 monthly subscriptions and 1 yearly trial** from these very few users.

This tells me that those who actually download the app love the premium visual experience enough to pay for it. However, my organic traffic is practically non-existent. I'm completely buried in the Play Store search results.

As a solo creator with $0 marketing budget, I wanted to ask this brilliant community for your brutal, honest feedback.

**Any tips for:**

1. **Marketing & Traffic:** How do solo devs drive organic traffic to a highly visual utility app like this on Day 1? Should I focus on short-form videos (TikTok/Reels) or target specific niche forums?
2. **ASO / Store Page:** Does my Play Store page look appealing? Why are people who click not downloading as much as I'd hope?

I really want to improve this project. Tell me what sucks, what works, and how I can get this in front of more eyes.

Thank you so much!

I built an aesthetic 3D-effect Hourglass Timer. 2 months post-launch: under 100 downloads (but converted 2 subscriptions + 1 trail!). How do I grow from here?
