One thousand voices

With the catalyst being fixed for 1000 voices, I am trying to find builds that optimize its damage output. I predominantly run Hunter and want some of the best ones for hunter, but I’m open to seeing people’s builds the used to obliterate bosses. ( mostly looking for raid encounter builds)
