Festival touge - Face Off

Is it bugged or does “any car from the 1990’s” actually mean you have to use very specific cars?

I just wont in a 1995 supra and didn’t get credit.

At least that race was the one to complete my Horizon Play but it sure would have been nice to get the festival credit so I don’t have to do anymore touge races for a while.
