What are your opinions on Pirate after nerfs?

I feel like she isn't too bad, but I feel like she's losing the identity she originally had as a character, since they keep removing dodge cancels from her moves. I personally feel like she should be reworked, since Ubi is clearly struggling to find a way to balance her that doesn't make her overtuned, or pretty much just reactable.
