Folks visiting, looking to house sit - sep-oct

As the title eludes, my folks are visiting for the month of September and are looking possibly house sit for someone in bzn/belgrade/manhattan or near by. Putting the feelers out. They live in durango, co. So a house swap could be an option.

They are early 70’s, very respectful and responsible, non smokers, no pets. My dad may even fix broken stuff in your house!
