Is LionelTrainsUSA.com legit?

Hi all, I have been looking for one of the North Pole Central Illuminated hoppers from a year or two ago. In my search I found them on www.lioneltrainsusa.com, and for half off to boot.

https://www.lioneltrainsusa.com/p/lionel-tr-north-pole-central-illuminated-hopper/2228310.html

Then I started looking at other things on the site, and they have train sets listed for 80% off. In fact everything looks to be on sale.

Anyone purchased from them? Is this the factory discount store or something?

What’s the difference between them and Lionelstore.com?

Thanks, Mike
