Different situation

Career planning

Hello,

I currently own a small service company. We grew quickly to where we are now, everyone is trained with a few years of experience now. We haven't had any turnover. I no longer work in the field, and as it stands now, we got all of our possible clients because what we do is very niche.

I might work an actual 8 hours per week. It will be 2 or 3 years before our finances build to expand meaningfully.

Im looking to use my productive time to make more income during the week. Id like to do something remote, get paid to learn something new entry level, part time.

Im analytical, I taught myself and my entire team low voltage electrical systems installation and troubleshooting during starting up my business, as an example. Associates degree in natural sciences (didn't know what i wanted to do and didn't have motivation to keep getting in debt with no plan).

I looked on the major sites and the job postings are GRIM. sales, data entry, call center. They don't interest me, and don't pay enough to be worth my time to learn.

Everyone and their neighbor is coding. That market is over saturated right?

I ask for the wisdom of the group on this. What would be a good skill, or what training opportunity would be a good fit?

Are any of the AI certs worth anything? Do the jobs exist or are they just selling certs for profit in an imaginary or extremely small market?
