Time to upgrade?

Bought my phone 1 at 2023

I'm a heavy user charging my phone twice a day

Almost every day

Although the phone is still smooth and the camera is fine for me

I feel the battery health has deteriorated a lot

Should upgrade only for this reason or adjust since everything else works just fine

And I charge wirelessly in my car is that a reason for early deterioration?

I'm using a power bank to manage now will it also speed up the issue?

Since the health is low anyway should I charge till 100 or cycle only it 80

The huge problem is how fast it drops from 20 to 0
