Middle mouse not working for DL The Beast

I’m currently playing through the game and around the start it says to use the decoys which require the middle mouse button. However the middle mouse does not seem to respond like at all. I checked to make sure it worked by scrolling through Youtube and clicked it and it all works but it doesn’t want to work in the game. I’m not sure what the problem is, if anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated. Also yes I do have the decoys equipped.
