Why are people such simps for customers here

I don’t really understand this, why do you guys seem to side with customers? Food delivery drivers get shegged by these conglomerates and have zero zero safety net. Yet everyone in this sub seems to be in love with customers. I just read the most trending post and the poor person waited 30 mins and was told they’d receive a tip.

Yet everyone on here is gooning for the customers 🤡
