During the agni Kai between Azula and Zuko I at least thought that both of them were willing to kill each other, Azula was expected to as she tried to do it before, but some people deny that Zuko would be willing to, when in fact he goaded her to shoot lighting at him with the intent to redirect it back at her (if he tries to shoot it up he is open to an attack)and as we know lighting kills.

And let's be honest Zuko made his peace with it, he didn't flinch when Azula was falling to her death.
