Judge ruled for another exam

My case has finally went in front of a judge to determine whether I need more treatment or if I’m actually at the MMI. They’re ordering for me to go to a doctor my lawyer and workers comp can both agree on. I’m pretty scared with the appointment considering everything banks on this one and I’m so used to seeing doctors that are already writing me off before I’m even seen in the room . I hope I get a fair examination. Anyone with any previous experience on this?
