[Online][5e 2024] Searching for a group?

Hey everyone, I may not be posting or wording this right so sorry in advance lol

Anyway, I'm looking for a DND group to join, but after searching through Roll20 a lot and my local Facebook DND groups, I'm starting to think maybe I need to create a group to find what I'm looking for.

I love DnD, it is honestly just so much fun, I get into the role playing once my initial crippling anxiety wears off (lmao) and I just love the combat too. I have been in a few campaigns in the past, IRL & online, but I have a really busy schedule - I run a business - so I just can't commit to the 6-8 hour long form sessions that I see most people are doing. I also in the past have had trouble with groups that put "strikes" against your name if you're unable to attend a session. I work supporting people with disabilities, so sometimes I have to go into work urgently due to client emergencies and sometimes mental health just prevents me from wanting to socially interact haha. So yeah, I'm just wanting to find a group (or make a group possibly since it seems to be hard to find what I'm looking for) that is laid back and chill; so noone feels guilty or like they're going to face conflict if they cannot attend a session for any reason, and ideally 3-4 hour sessions would really suit my schedule better.

If anyone has an online group that's more relaxed and has sessions more on the shorter side and you're open to more players, I'd love to join, otherwise if there are other people like me who love DnD but want a more relaxed and less demanding group, then maybe we could come together to form a group and have some fun.
