Colonoscopy ??

Been dealing with anal fissure for almost 2 years, I see blood hrs after a bowel movement because I’m just so traumatized that I just check every day , last Friday I saw blood in my stool for the first time nothing crazy but I was able to see it , I already set up an appointment for colonoscopy, I was just wondering if anyone with the same issue that has done a colonoscopy did ya have any complications afterwards ??
